GTM Diagnostic

Measure how much your GTM operation drives predictable growth.

Find out if your company's GTM operation has reached system maturity - the kind that connects marketing, sales, post-sales, and product to drive real impact, predictability, and leverage for your business.

Measure my GTM maturity

It takes about 5 minutes, and the diagnosis is sent via email.

What you get by email

An assessment of each block that supports your GTM operation, from market to cross-team integration.

Score by dimension

An assessment of each block that supports your GTM operation, from market tracking to integration across marketing, sales, customer success, and product.

NÍVEL 3

Where your company sits on a scale that shows how well strategy, data, and execution work as one continuous loop.

Next steps by priority

Guidance for the dimensions that hold back growth the most today, ready for your next leadership meeting.

Why trust this diagnostic

Academic research and operating experience

The diagnosis is based on the Strataflow GTM Framework, developed by Guilherme Toledo, founder of Strataflow, drawing on his executive experience in B2B revenue operations, refined through his master's research, and applied across the company's operations and platform.

This analysis is generated by GTM Brain, Strataflow’s strategic copilot, which organizes GTM strategy, execution, and learning in one place. The goal is to provide leaders with a comparative view of their own operations before deciding where to invest in the next quarter.

How it works

Three steps, about five minutes

1

Rate the statements

Short statements about how your operation ran over the last two quarters, on a scale of 1 to 5.

2

Tell us about your company

A few context questions so the diagnostic accounts for your company's stage and sales model.

3

Get your reading by email

Your system-level maturity level, score by dimension, priorities and next steps come in the body of the email.

Context

Before you start

Please answer based on how your operations have actually performed over the last two quarters, rather than how you think they should function. There are no right or wrong answers, and this assessment is only useful if it reflects reality as accurately as possible.

FAQ

What people usually ask before taking the diagnostic.

The diagnostic

Who should answer?
+

Someone with a view of GTM as a whole, from marketing to sales, post-sales and product, usually the CEO, a founder or a leader of one of those teams. When more than one person from the same company answers, comparing the results often reveals the very misalignment the diagnostic measures.

When do I get the results?
+

The diagnostic is generated after you submit the form and goes to the work email you provide. No results are shown on screen.

Do I need to talk to someone to get the diagnostic?
+

No. The diagnostic arrives automatically by email. A conversation with the founder is an optional invitation at the end of the report.
