Born from fragmentation
Two decades of growth operations reveal the same problem in different companies. Strataflow was born to solve this fragmentation as a system.
Strataflow was named in April 2025, a combination of "Strategy" and "Flow." The name stems from two decades of the founding team's experience in Growth and Revenue Operations, a period during which the same fragmentation repeated across different companies: data that doesn't connect, insights lost between cycles, and execution that fails to feed back into strategy.
This recurring observation became a master's research project in Competitive Intelligence, Data Governance, and Adaptive GTM. The research led to a proprietary organizational coordination framework. The framework led to the Organizational Coordination whitepaper, which formalizes the thesis as a software category. And the same framework led to the platform, the practical application of the thesis.
